Hello Undergrad & Graduate Schuligans!

Need a break from the end of semester blues? Want to contribute to charity? If you’ve answered yes to either of these question, come join the GBC for “Whose Pitch is it Anyway?” on Friday November 30th and have some fun while supporting the Canadian Council for Refugees!

What you need to prepare: Nothing! Just bring yourself and your sense of humour.

Dress code: Casual. Leave your business attire at home!

This is how it will go down: 1) Make a 3-person team (beforehand or on the day) 2) Register your team at the beginning of the event 3) Once you’re called up, you will pick a random topic out of a hat 4) Present a 4-min presentation about that topic in front of a generic, pre-made deck! 5) Make it work!

Your host for evening will be Schulich’s own Laura Ramoso! Laura is a Toronto-based improvisor and sketch comedian who writes, directs and performs almost every night of the week at the best comedy hubs in the heart of downtown. If you’ve caught her at The Second City or follow her on social media, you know how great this is going to be.

The night starts at 7:00 PM followed by drinks at Shopsy’s at 9:00 PM. Tickets are $15 and include one drink (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) and a donation to the Canadian Council for Refugees.
