Good2Talk: Support for our Student Community

We wanted to take this opportunity to remind you that support is available to our Schulich and international community to help you process, cope with and open dialogue about events that may be troubling – whether beyond the classroom or close to home and affecting your day-to-day life.

Good2Talk is a free, confidential and anonymous helpline where you can access professional counseling and referrals in support of mental health, recovery and well-being. The helpline is available to all post-secondary students in Ontario, 24 hours a day.

The Counselling & Disability Services Centre in the Bennett Centre also provides a range of services, including personal counselling, group development workshops, learning skills training, support and academic accommodation for students with learning, mental health, physical, sensory and medical disabilities. These services are offered free of charge to all York University Students.

Below are a few key resources that may be helpful to those in need of support.

We also encourage you to reach out to Student Services & International Relations if you have any questions or concerns.

We’re here to help.
