In light of the tragic events that took place yesterday, we wanted to add our heartfelt condolences to those impacted, and our thanks to the city’s first responders.

We want to remind you that support is available to our Schulich community to help you process, cope with and open dialogue about events that may be troubling you and affecting your day-to-day life.

Good2Talk is a free, confidential and anonymous helpline where you can access professional counseling and referrals in support of mental health, recovery and well-being. The helpline is available to all post-secondary students in Ontario, 24 hours a day.

The Counselling & Disability Services Centre in the Bennett Centre also provides a range of services, including personal counselling, group development workshops, learning skills training, support and academic accommodation for students with learning, mental health, physical, sensory and medical disabilities. These services are offered free of charge to all York University Students.
