As you may already be aware, several areas in the basement  of the Schulich School were flooded with between 1 to 3 inches of water during the Family Day long weekend.   As a result, the entire carpeted area in the basement will need to be removed as part of the planned renovations, including the areas where the lockers are housed.

Scope of Renovation and Impact:
In order to complete the appropriate repairs, the lockers will also need to be physically moved from the affected work areas in two stages over the next two weekends.  Personal access to your locker will be restricted during the renovation periods scheduled for the weekends of March 11th-14th (affecting access to Lockers #1 to 100) and March 18th-21st (affecting access to Lockers #101 to 400),   Please note that in some instances, the contractors may need to access certain lockers during the renovations in order to separate the sets of lockers into more manageable units for the purposes of temporary relocation.  York Security personnel will be present at all times while affected lockers are being accessed by the contractors during the renovations.
