New Schulich students are assigned a Schulich e-mail address, which is an important piece of contact information for your professional, academic and enrolment communications. These credentials also allow you access Schulich specific web services through your MySchulich portal. If you haven’t received your Schulich e-mail yet, stand by as these are created on a rolling basis.

Step 1: Visit the MySchulich Student Portal

How? Bookmark schulich.yorku.ca/myschulich or find it on the Schulich website in the top right corner of your screen:

 

Step 2: Log-in to the Current Student Portal

How? Select “Sign in as a Current Student” from the tiled menu on the far left. Enter your Schulich log-in credentials.

Step 3: Navigate from your MySchulich dashboard to Office365

How? Under your My Mail box, you should now see an option to log in to Office 365 with your Passport York credentials. Note that you must use your Passport York ID as the prefix, and “@yorku.ca” as the domain to log-in to your Office 365 account. Use your Passport York password. If you are an upper year student, you may still have access to your former Lotus Notes e-mail in read-only mode:

Step 4: Arrive at your Office 365 dashboard & select Outlook

How? Once you’ve successfully logged into your Office 365 account, you’ll see a dashboard of your O365 applications. Click Outlook, the e-mail application, from the far left:

Step 5: Land in your Schulich inbox!

You’ll now be in the web application for Outlook with access to both your York e-mail and Schulich e-mail accounts. Emails to both accounts will land in this one Outlook inbox.

If you prefer to use a different e-mail inbox or application, make sure that you set up e-mail forwarding by selecting “Forwarding” in the Settings menu (top right gear icon).

Click “Start forwarding” and enter your forwarding address:
