On Saturday, February 25, 2012 “Experience Schulich 12” is being held at the Schulich School of Business. We are reaching out for graduate student volunteers for this event.
We hold this event to promote our graduate programs to prospective applicants, those who have applied and those who have been admitted for Summer or Fall 2012.
This full day event includes:
- Welcome from the Dean
- an alumni panel
- faculty and staff talking about the different program areas (MBA, IMBA, MPA, MBA/JD, MF, etc.) and our 19 specializations
- buffet luncheon with faculty and alumni
- graduate business mini-lectures and panels
- an opportunity for future Schulich students to meet current students and alumni at a jazz reception
We understand to devote a full Saturday may be difficult so you can participate fully or for a portion of the day. We need as many student volunteers as possible between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm (click on e-invite below or go to http://www.schulich.yorku.ca/experienceschulich for full information)
Please email Caitlin Crawford (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in volunteering. Also indicate the following information in your email: Your name, program and semester – currently in, whether you are full time or part time, the hours you can devote to this event and any other interesting information/or your involvement at the school…such as (exchange experience, club associations, have significant other and/or children, accelerated student, etc). She will get back to you regarding where we hope to assign you. Complimentary events available depending on where we need your assistance and the amount of time you can devote to the day.
