If you are a Canadian citizen, aged 18-35, International Experience Canada (IEC) offers you the opportunity to work and travel abroad.  IEC provides you with a path to a work permit or visa to work and explore over 30 countries and territories.  Work abroad to help fund the trip of a lifetime! Gain new skills, learn new languages, experience different cultures and explore places you never through you could. 

International Experience Canada may also provide opportunities for international exchange students to obtain work permits to remain in (or return to) Canada after your exchange term. For Canadian students planning an exchange term abroad, the IEC program may also provide an option to obtain a work permit during your studies.
