The International Women’s Day theme this year is #BalanceForBetter, a call to mobilize throughout the year and enact change for the better, whether it’s in the corporate suite, the government, the media and more. Keele Campus Panel: “Re-imagining Women’s Rights”
The Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion (REI) is hosting a roundtable discussion “Reimagining Women’s Rights” from 9:30 to 11:30am in Senate Chambers, Ross Building.
“Six panelists will lead a discussion on intersectionality, inclusivity and the diversity of experiences within the broad parameters of “women’s rights.” Panelists are invited from public, private, and academic sectors whose experiences and expertise will attend to topics such as: ableism, ageism, transphobia, racism, indigeneity.”

The 15th annual Aspire to Inspire event featured incredible Schulich graduates who lifted the room with their stories. Sharing their challenges, advice and unique journeys to success, these executives were a testament to the important role of women’s perspectives across industries.
