Career Fair Workshop

Ahead of the Fair, SSBA will host the Career Fair Workshop on Thurs., Jan. 16 that will prepare students to optimize their experience at the event. Parul Khosla, Co-Founder and CEO of ARENA, a new AI-driven talent-matching platform, will be the featured speaker.

During the Workshop, details of the Fair will be provided and participating companies will be revealed.  Students will learn what to expect from the Fair, how to prepare for it, what questions to ask company officials, how to follow up (and network) post-Fair, and what recruiters seek in employees.  As well, the Workshop will provide insights into career development, job searching and what occurs “behind-the-scenes” in the application and recruitment process in the sport, media and entertainment industries.

Sports, Media & Entertainment Career Fair Workshop

To commemorate the Fair’s aluminum (10th) anniversary, attendees will have an opportunity to win a variety of prizes from the participating companies.

The Fair is a great opportunity to meet officials with companies that typically don’t recruit at Schulich. As well, the Fair is only open to Schulich students, so you’ll be able to build relationships with recruiters and gain a competitive edge over students at other institutions.

The Fair has helped launch the careers of many students over the years.  It has potential to change lives, so take advantage of this unique opportunity to connect passion with profession and register today.

Visit SSBA’s Facebook page for news and updates on the Fair.
