Are you interested in finding solutions to Climate Change

Are you interested in new venture creation and entrepreneurship?

Are you interested in technology and infrastructure particularly in the areas of Energy, Real Estate or Transportation?

If you answered “Yes” to any of the above, then the following opportunity may be of interest.

Mission from MaRS: Climate Impact Challenge aims to address the global climate crisis by rapidly accelerating the adoption of Canada’s most impactful carbon-reducing innovations. MaRS is working with 10 ventures across three core technology and infrastructure themes: energy, real estate and transportation.

MaRS is seeking 10 students to engaging closely with an assigned venture and their respective coalitions to identify, analyze and reduce barriers to adoption through a series of monthly roundtable discussions and workshops. Students will commit to engaging with their assigned venture with weekly preparation, research, documentation, and logistics responsibilities from September to April 2021 and in turn will gain insights into new venture creation, and how these organizations can have a positive impact and bring forward solutions to climate change.
