To support you during your first weeks of the term, Student and Enrolment Services (SES) will have extended hours of operation as follows:

January 9 – 19, 2017
9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Students may drop-in (W262P) for one-to-one academic advising and resolution of any enrolment issues. No appointment necessary.
Normal hours of operation (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) resume on January 20th.
A few reminders from SES…
- SES will be conducting a pre-requisite check during the first week of classes. Students who do not have the pre-requisite for a particular course and/or have not received permission from the instructor to have the pre-requisite waived will be notified and de-enrolled.
Please review your timetable to ensure you have an appropriate schedule.
- The wait list will continue to be assessed until January 13. Please add yourself to the waitlist if you receive notification that “spaces in this course are reserved” when trying to enrol online.
- As of January 14, students may only add courses with the permission of the instructor.
- Instructors can request that students be removed from courses for non-attendance. Please contact the instructor in advance regarding any unexpected absences.
