Attention Graduate Ambassadors and current students: Don’t miss your chance to be part of a milestone in the history of Schulich, meet top dignitaries and community members, and give back to the school!
The department of Alumni Relations is seeking volunteers for Sunday’s Milestone Moment event, a celebration of the new Rob and Cheryl McEwen Graduate Study & Research Building.
Volunteers will assist with set-up and Schulich building experiences: short tours/info sessions on our Centres of excellence and key features of the new building before moving into the annual Dean’s Reception.
Sunday, October 21, 2018 – 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Duties: event set up, posting directional signage, moving event materials, setting up registrations, assistance as needed.
2:00 – 6:00 pm
Duties: providing directions/assistance to guests, assisting with building experiences (tour/info sessions), assistance as needed.
4:00 – 8:00 pm
Duties: Relieving students on Shift 2 as needed, setting up for Dean’s Reception, collecting name tags/ handing out attendee gifts at end of event, clean up, assistance as needed.
