System Outage: February 12 (6pm) – February 13 (6am)

On Friday February 12th at 6:00pm, UIT and the YU-card Office will commence an upgrade to the YU-card system.

The upgrade process is expected to take 12 hours, completing at approximately 6:00am on Saturday February 13th.  During the upgrade most YU-card based services on the Keele and Glendon campuses will remain functional, including retail and dining payment  terminals, residence laundry machines and door access control.

The following YU-card services will NOT be functional during the upgrade:

– Printing and photocopying
– YU-card Account Stations
– Online YU-card Offfice (“eAccounts”)
– YU-card payment at vending machines
