Hey international students (and all Schulich students)!
Are you interested in learning more about Toronto and having a chance to explore the heritage and architecture of the city? Are you looking for something to do this weekend? Then check out the Doors Open Toronto event happening this weekend, May 26-27th, all over Toronto! It’s a great opportunity to check out more than 130 historic and cultural buildings across Toronto for FREE, including Toronto’s oldest surviving building built in the 1700’s.
“The 19th annual Doors Open Toronto presented by Great Gulf provides an opportunity to see inside more than 130 of the most architecturally, historically, culturally and socially significant buildings across the city. This year’s theme, “Film: The Great Romance” explores the city’s film and television industry.”
Participate in free walking tours, attend a number of film screenings or the OpenInsights Speaker Series, or just explore the city’s open doors on your own.
For more information, check out the City of Toronto’s official Doors Open Toronto page.
