Work Permits & Permanent Residency Info Sessions

Schulich’s International Relations Office hosted multiple work permits and PR sessions in 2016 targeting second year international Masters students who want to learn more about work permits and immigration alternatives post-degree.

If you missed previous sessions, the Office will host the same two sessions in February and March 2017. Please register as early as possible. Everyone is more than welcome to attend.

First Session: Work Permits for Graduating Students

In this session, you will find out how to navigate (CIC)/IRCC information related to the post-graduation work permit, understand the timeline for working full-time, and how this fits with your program requirements (including 601/602 for MBA/IMBA)
Date: Thursday February 23rd, 2017
Time: 5:30-7:00pm
Room: N109

Please RSVP on this form before February 22nd, 2017

Second Session: Permanent Residency Alternatives

In this session, you will learn how to navigate information on permanent residency alternatives.
Date: Thursday March 2nd, 2017
Time: 5:30-7:00pm
Room: N109

Please RSVP on this form before March 1st, 2017

Please note that Lindsay Hillcoat, Associate Director, International Student Services and Programs, is currently away until early February. We advise you to RSVP for a session or book an appointment here.

Important: Due to the volume of students requiring this information, please note that individual meetings will be provided only to those who attended the sessions. Additional sessions will be offered again in March/April.
